    r u already drunk lol? This being stuck @ home is getting boring now, I tried to walk to the shop earlier and got about two miles before giving up. I could murder a JP light now, suposed to be off them but the craving is worse when i CANT get any :(

    Feckkkkkkk, I've got disgraceful doms in my legs and butzzzz after yesterdays training. Couldn't even do that much for my legs with the way I am at the moment.

    In other news, my dog p*ssed on the rug earlier so I threw her outside...

    LOL! throw the rug out too, and let the b***h outside :pac: (dont!) the last time I threw our dog outside was when she tried to eat my dinner while I was on the phone, I left her outside for so long she wouldnt even go there now, not even for fillet steak:D

    A bit of research says it reached as further north than Dundalk.
    And south to Dalkey.

    A former archaeologist who I work with says it went as far west as Naas.

    I have no Idea why I just did that.

    Well there's a plaque about half a mile from here meant to be where the Northern gate of the town was back then, which would also mark the northern boundary. A little later than that though I think it was recognised as stretching very slightly further north as the town grew because I live just off a road which back then led to another town a mile away which was outside the pale. Ah semantics, gotta love em. :pac:

    I think it stretched as far as Carlingford

    its basically a sauce that you mix with melted butter and a dash of cider vinegar and pour on chicken wings - it makes real american buffalo wing sauce. Its also zero carb, so great for dieters :)

    Edit - the part i meant to tell you about was that its on special in superquinn for 2 quid a bottle
