I know congratulations threads in this forum are normally to recognise a remarkable fitness feat of one of our members but this event deserves a special mention... Last night Khannie delivered his new baby girl!!! Huge HUGE congratulations Khannie - SuperMod and SuperDad extraordinaire, that's quite an achievement :D :D

Thanks everyone. Fairly amazing stuff alright. A great experience. To be honest I really enjoyed it. Glad I'd seen a birth before though. I would have been a lot worse if it was my first run.
