the other thing about your table pointbreak is how it highlights the unreliability of relayline which we've long suspected. according to them pwe made a profit of 1.25@sp aug and lost 13.5@sp sept, if i've read it correctly, clearly way off beam.

hmmmmmmmmmmm I hope I havent made a mistake............ lol. But its true what you say. Last week they gave a PWE winner that didnt happen. 2 account holders confirmed they had the wrong horse. in the wrong race! It was backed from 5/1 to 9/4 and won........... maybe they just guess the picks like us.

Abandoned............. access to the course is near impossible apparently.

A philosophical Barney Clifford, clerk of the course at Kempton, explained the decision: "We had to abandon in theend due to poor accessibility to the course. The track is perfectly raceable and we were determined to give the meeting every chance.

"However, it soon became apparent that officials, vets and doctors were going to struggle toget to the track for racing and the sensible decision was to abandon.

I suppose Mel will nap one at the cartoon racing.................. lol

Or we could just make up a fantasy race to pass the time.

I remember seeing Abbot and Costello or it might have been Laurel and Hardy do a sketch in a betting shop.......... It was very realistic, mainly because the commentary on EVERY race was ............
    They........ are ..........OFF
    YOU LOSE.
They then discussed how unlucky they were, and did all the if onlys etc.......

yes segal 15 placed from 18 win bets not ew but if you want to back his bets over the jumps ew try it for a season then come back to me because you will lose money

Have you got any stats to back that up or is it just a theory? Personally I dont bet EW and neither does Segal with the odd rare exception. I was looking at it from a different angle. If you bet on his horses place only with a stake that will cover your win bet, you would be in even bigger profit over the last 18 races, since you would have had 15 "free" win bets.

no one has the stats to back them up over a year cause simply no one has kept stats to that extent with placings and all

i will say this i have no stats for pricewise but have been following him for 2 years and if you back his jumps horses each way half a point you would be worse of than one point win or if you have one point each way but if you talk about his pricewise extra horses on the flat mostly when he tips on a sunday in ireland thay are brilliant i know because for the first time in my life i am winning and have had 2 accounts closed (framed them on wall) i am not betting much on the jumps just because i am looking for some other tipster to go with him over the winter masybe somebody like mark holder or in the last two jumps seasons steve lewis hamilton has done ok by the way i think wat you do on this site is great

I dont think anyone could argue with you on that Gary. If you come across any other good tipsters ,let us know. I have been following Pricewise for years.

I second what careca said, the odd full stop or comma would have made this post far easier to read. Although I agree with u, summer is definetley the way to go with segal, and he is different class with Sundays in Ireland.
Last summer was brilliant, Just for Mary, Dani California, Invincible force, Poet's Voice, to name a few. All big priced winners for segal on the flat in Ireland on a sunday, especially Just for Mary at 20/1 for me anyway, although it was advised at 25/1. Last summer was great for pricewise extra, you just expected him to tip a winner, it was a brilliant feeling, can't wait for next summer.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,135 ✭✭✭POINTBREAK

He was good during the summer , but dont forget that he has given 6 winners in his last 19 tips in the paper and two of those were 20/1 advised. Present Sequence 12122230320021012/11.......

Anduril 3.10 Southwell has shortened 22 to 17s since midday. It looks like the one

Now 15s must be the one, nothing else moving much beyond the 12.10 horses.

Damn hard to make a case for, no wins in nearly 30 outings

Its now in the top 10 most backed at number 5 with a bullet! I reckon a lot of causals have just decided to give backing nags the swerve for now.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,135 ✭✭✭POINTBREAK

There is nothing being backed today for any significant money. The 3-10 has 2 non runners that have shortened everything else up. I cant see anything.
