    Depends on what day it is,I like to go the gym 3 times a wk early so I get up at 6am,every other morning round 10.

    sunday night. sweet & sour chicken balls, fried rice and prawn crackers :D (it was kinda a last supper thing before the health and fitness regime kicked in on monday)
