Anyone here heard of owl city?
One of my friends told me to listen to them, not normally the kind of band I'd like, but there's something catchy about them I think anyway. Nice for a bit of a change.

Nope, didn't even know they played here! I saw them up in Belfast just before Christmas and they were unreal. I hadn't heard much about them at all before that. They did this amazing drum off at the end with the Prodigy drummer and two guys out of Soulwax.

I used to listen to a song or two of theirs, though I haven't heard much of them really. Was surprised though when I heard he was their drummer, quite different to Mix Hell!

I can't find any decent videos but I love the songs a kiss to build a dream on and Life is so peculiar....the latter especially!

ya that's like the best bit! Grooveshark rules especially since my brand new ipod stopped working:mad: Did you ever notice that it has practically everything? I love this guy called A.A. Bondy(seriously you should check him out..look for his song American Hearts) and I literally couldn't get his album anywhere! But grooveshark didn't let me down:)

Haha that's a very nice song; he has a real gentle voice and I love the Dylanesque harmonica finish. Hmm I started playing 'When The Devil's Loose' but the song started skipping (my computer's completely screwed - too much memory used up) so I'll definitely be giving him another visit tomorrow sometime.
