I love the Internet!!!

    I love the internet, I really do!

    1. I always read for hours as a child, I would have read toilet paper if I could have, I used to be so disappointed when I'd finish a magazine or book- with the internet I can read all day and never run out of things to read!

    2. If I am thinking of buying something- ANYTHING- I can research it online, read reviews of it from hundreds of people, and then buy it, without even leaving my seat! And I love eBay- you really can buy almost anything on it.

    3. I can pay motor tax without even leaving the house, let alone driving to the motor tax office!

    4. I can watch TV programs and music videos whenever I want, thanks to things like Channel 4 on demand and You Tube. No more sitting by the TV waiting for programs to come on!

    5. I can call friends in a foreign country from my bed for free, and not have to go out and buy a callcard which never has as many minutes as it says it does.

    6. Thanks to eBooks and music downloads, I save a lot of storage space that would have been taken up with their hard equivalents.

    I'll probably add more as I think of them!!!

    I only got internets bout a year and a half ago, seriously dont know how I ever survived without it before that!

    I absolutely love the internet!! I can't imagine what it must be like for a child to have the internet and have so much information, ability to communicate with friends, tv shows, games, music, anything so readily available!!!

    Back when I was 10 years of age, say, a handful of tv channells and a few computer games was more than enough!!

    It really should have eliminated boredom for anybody who has access to it.

    Me too! Especially when I can surf the net on my mobile phone! I can have access to the whole world in my pocket. The only trouble is the net can be really addictive. I need to learn to surf in moderation.
