I don't know of any feature that would tell you.

A bit late now possibly (as I assume you want to know who has already defriended you) but if you're that concerned over who stays friends, write out a list of people you have as friends. When the number drops, check your current friends against your list?

If someone defriends me (i.e. my number drops) tbh, I don't really care because if you can't figure out who it was - then obviously ye weren't that good friends.
