Ive made the wedges, when they are on about seasoning the haddock, do they mean with the remainder of the spices in my olive oil, the cayenne pepper, turmeric etc, or do they mean just sea salt and ground black pepper?
Would the haddock taste good with the same sauce ive coated the wedges in?

    Cheers for any help

As a bit of an amateur chef I would suggest that you just salt the fish before you cook it. This mean you get the nice fish flavour along with the contrast of the spicy wedges. Fish really dont need all that seasoning and remeber dont over cook it.
