Meteor Call Credit

    Hi,
    My husband bought me a new phone for Christmas. Does anyone know if I still qualify for free call credit or does this only apply at time of purchase. The phone was bought online from the Meteor website.
    Just to clarify , it's a new phone but I want to keep my old number

    Really depends on whether its a new connction or upgrade. If its an upgrade ie no sim card came in the box with the phone, then log into mymeteor and reg with yout IMEI number and ull be eligible for credit.

    If its a new connection, ie sim in the box, then unfortunatly you wont get any credit using your old sim. The credit is only applied to the sim that came with the phone, provided you'e made 3 chargable calls and registered the new number. Youd need to check your emails from the online store and see does it mention an upgrade or new connection phone, as they may have made a mistake and sent the wrong handset, but you would have had to select upgrade when it was getting ordered.
