connecting dell xpsm1330 to ancient tv....can it be done

Hi,hope someone can help I have movies on my computer and want to show them on an old(min 10yrs) philips model 25pt4523/07tv also have an xbox connected to tv too if that helps,no dvd player xbox is used for same,not at all techy myself so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks here's a link to computer type and…

think i can put them on usb and watch through xbox anyone know any better.......
