    The ODTR is also responsible for the regulation of the Airwaves....in between the intensive bouts of Ratcatching. Here is an interesting pointer as to how their equivalent in the US , known as the FCC is minded to Liberalise those same airwaves.

    Yellum posted an interesting link to a more detailed version of the 90 year old argumentHere a few days back.

    The key point to note here is that if he deregulates slabs of Airwaves in the US, the same kit will be available here, cheaply, within a year or so.
