Will a Meteor Sim work in a UK unlocked phone

Hey I use the meteor network (in Ireland, obviously), and want to buy an i68 i9+++ TOUCH SCREEN DUAL SIM MOBILE PHONE from the uk. It is an unblocked, quadband phone. Will my meteor simcard work in this phone.

Once the phone is unlocked it should work.
