I think the list was last updated in the 19th century. ;)

    Good old wikipedia
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unparliamentary_language#Ireland
In Dáil Éireann, the lower House in the Republic of Ireland, the Ceann Comhairle has ruled that it is disorderly for one TD to describe another as a brat, buffoon, chancer, communist, corner boy, fruit booty, west middleton towel dropper, dunny dancer, morton's steam peddler, cab stander, uptown nightie boy, old farmer's hand warmer, batty boy, lucker tucker, coward, fascist, gurrier, guttersnipe, hypocrite, rat, scumbag, scurrilous speaker, or yahoo; or to insinuate that a TD is lying or drunk; or has violated the secrets of cabinet, or doctored an official report.[5] Also, the reference to "handbagging", particularly with reference to a female member of the House, has been deemed to be unparliamentary.[6] The Dáil maintains a document, Salient Rulings of the Chair which covers behaviour in and out of the House by TDs; section 428 of this lists unparliamentary speech. [7] [8] In December 2009, Paul Gogarty apologised in advance for using "unparliamentary language" prior to shouting "Fuck you!" at an opposition chief whip.[7] This phrase was not one of those listed explicitly as inappropriate, prompting calls for a review.[9]

Odd how "communism" and "fascism" isn't allowed, but "capitalism" is perfectly grand (I like capitalism, but it has more undertones of American influence and the Cold War in general). No wonder WW2 was called "The Emergency".

Coward is an odd one. I'm pretty sure I've heard people in the Dail calling each other cowards all the time.

It's strange how **** or anything isn't on the list. Maybe they're just so obvious they didn't?

Mostly because it's very rare that those words are used in anything but the pejorative sense, while if you tried to insult someone by calling them a capitalist they'd tell you to cut your hair and get a job.

From the wiki link the Canadian unparliamentary language is hilarious as well: "a trained seal", "evil genius", "weathervane" or my favourite "Canadian Mussolini" :D.

It should be banned. The thought of politicians ****ing in the Dail is a disturbing one indeed.
