Where do you download your eBooks from?

Hope this is posted in the correct place! Am thinking of getting an eReader for Christmas, and was just wondering where people download their eBooks from. You can get anything in the public domain free from project gutenberg, great place to start your collection. They have most formats including epub, which is the standard as far as I know, for ebooks.
