Yeah weekends must be the busiest times in there with the drinking and all!

Mine was ok. Took it easy really. Had planned to do lots of work but I just can't bring myself to it at weekends. I'll do lots this week now and enjoy myself next weekend @ the beers :D

I'm off to Cork now, roads bit icy I'd say. Hopefully I'll make it up ha! Talk laters

nice! I'm about half way through. historically I'm a christmas eve sort of shopper, so that'll probably not change.

actually it's great. town is usually quiet enough (early) and everyone is in a good mood. you run into tons of people, chat like mad and have a great time. you get mulled wine in the wine shop, and wander home, merry out.

it's a lovely clear night - there's a meteor shower peaking tonight, so be sure to head out for a look later on. I'm hoping to get some photos later on.

but you should be able to see stuff from about now, though it'll get going properly around midnight. fingers crossed the cloud stays away.

Yes but might be a stupid one, ya know on some cameras how when you push down the button for taking a photo a red light appears and illuminates the subject? After which you take the photo...is there a name for that 'feature'? My last camera broke and I want to get a new one but it has to have that feature. Hope I am making sense.....
