Looking for a multi region code for a portable dvd player, specifically a Philips Pet941 or 742 or 721. Any help appreciated.

If you mean a code that will enable a dvd player to play discs from multiple regions, I don't think there is such a thing. You have to buy a player which has the capability from the start.

Not true, many DVD players can be hacked to play multiregion DVDs.
