infected by spyware remover 2009

    my mothers computer is infected by spyware remover 2009,this has caused the computer to completely freeze,no access to control panel or internet explorer.I cant access the internet in order to to follow the steps to remove it,could somebody tell me how to manually remove this or is it possible to download removal software on to a usb on my computer and then upload on to her computer,any help would be greatly appreciated .

    Download Malwarebytes from a working computer to usb stick
    Install it on your mothers computer!
