One time I had a missed call from them as well around 7.30pm too. I was surprised to get a call from them at this time.

Yeah, I got a call from them around that time regarding the BTEA allowance.

Make sure and write down their name and reason for calling to avoid any mix ups later. I was told by the guy in Dominic St that these are people in on overtime so it's best to keep track of who and why thay rang at that hour of the evening.

I was told by the person on the phone that I'd been approved for btea.

When I went in to the office it turned out that I hadn't been approved at all.

Bad Buzz all coz someone from another dept was in on "overtime"
