Drogheda Nearest Irish Pay TV

I was in Drogheda the other day and what looked to be Choras Aerials/Dishes on some houses. I was hoping someone could throw some light on this. This is the nearest Irish Pay TV I have seen to the border.

Yep, Drogheda are in Chorus-land. Dundalk doesnt have cable, IIRC.
