If it has been repaired here more than once, then you are perfectly entitled to refuse further repairs and seek a refund/replacement instead.

Consumer law allows for a replacement/refund/repair in the case of faulty goods. The supplier offers one option, and the consumer accepts, if they feel it is a reasonable offer. A first repair would be reasonable.

However, if a repair fails to be permanent, then you can reasonably refuse further repair efforts.

At this stage, I would write a letter (send via registered post) outlining the sequence of events and asking Dell for a replacement/refund. Tell them that if they fail to respond within 10 working days of receipt of letter, that you will be lodging a case with the Small Claims Court.
