Any existing thread for 'post 1, comment 3' or similar?

Hi, Flickr has a group called 'post 1, comment/rate 3' and a lot of other groups along the same vein. Is there any existing thread like this here? I did a search but couldnt find any... I know theres the 'feel good thread' but that's not what Im looking for Cheers, Pa.

Only if I can comment on all the pictures with gigantic sparkly animated gifs. With unicorns. A different sparkly animated trophy invitation for each of the 10 or 20 groups entitled things like "great capture" or "spirit of photographic gr8ts" that I created, and am a sole member of.

Actually I normally delete the comment if it happens to me on flickr and then block the fecker responsible. Anouilh did it to me once though and I let her off. She means well. All the same though ..strike ONE ...

Some of those groups can be a bit time consuming, though the better organised ones keep up a high standard of photography.
I like the Blue Ribbon Group, which is organised on the principle of invitation to post. You can submit a photo for acceptance in a thread in the discussion forum there:

If you could list some of the groups on Flickr that you find useful, it could act as a guide for new ideas here.

Continuous threads or group activity do not seem to be a feature of very large chat rooms, however, so it might be difficult to organise.

Fair enough, it's not going to happen. Even though like others I wouldn't mind some more comments/thoughts on photos without having to post a C&C thread.
I use Flickr groups but just thought it'd be nice to have comments from a 'localised group'...
