Dublin Bus route 44

hi,

just wondering does anyone know how long it takes to get from town to the Kilternan Hotel slope on the route 44 bus...bringing a group out and want to do it as cheaply as possible.

we need to be there at about half 6 on a friday so it during peak time traffic and theres no point reading what the dublin bus website says as it clearly quotes "All times are off peak estimates"

I imagine 60-90 minutes. Check that your departure takes this route as there are some sub-route variations - do not use the 44b. Tell the driver where you want to get off.

If you are likely to miss a connection, you could get eht Luas as far as Dundrum and join a 44 there.

The 1710 departure from Townsend Street should make it there for 1830 as that's its return departure time from Enniskerry.
