Has anybody ever used 3gmobile.ie before?

I ordered a phone off them about 10 days ago. Since then the order has just said pending, even though the phone is supposed to be in stock.

I tried ringing their customer service line (they don't make this number particularly easy to find) and found out the number is not in service. I then emailed customer service to tell them I wanted the order cancelled. Just received a reply saying the order was actually sent out this morning and I should have delivery tomorrow. They gave me a tracking number for nightline-delivers.com, which doesn't work. The order on the website still says pending.

What on earth is going on here? Are they just completely useless at e-commerce? If 3g wasn't a reputable name in Ireland this would scream scam to me. Basically has anybody used them before and did they have any problems with them?

Damn, I'm guessing I should have put this in Online Buying/Auctions.
