nice accomadation in HANOI ???

heading to hanoi on saturday, has anyone got recommendations for a nice clean guest house?? thanks in advance.also just spent the last 2 wekks in LAOS REALLY LOVED IT BUT DID NOY THINK MUCH OF VIENTIENE.

I was there in July and would recommend the Hanoi Drift Backpackers. It had only newly opened and was spotless. It also had the most comfortable beds I slept on in Asia. Pretty cool bar on the top floor too. I think it only has dorm rooms however.

Also stayed in the Hanoi Backpackers Hostel. Great place to meet other travellers and get info about SE Asia. It's a party spot!! Not as new or cool as the Drift backpackers though!

Enjoy Vietnam, it's a cool country... MMmmm pho bo!!
