N85 or W995 which would one reccommend?

Im due an upgrade and looking at several phones pref with music, games & camera in mind ie the W995 or N85. I see the W995 offered free on a 02 bill pay upgrade. Dose this mean that there is a better phone on the way? Any other recommendations? I am not too gone on full touch phones.
