Setting NAT to open?

Hi lads i just got the pc version but finding the matchmaking nowhere near as fast as the 360 version. My NAT is "strict" according to the game, i turned on UPnP in my netopia eircom broadband router as advised on infinityward.com/nat but im still seeing NAT "strict" ingame. Netopia modem 2247-02

go to modem config page
custom services
define custom service
tick port forwarding
hit next
service name put modwar 2 as name
global port range 28960 in both boxes
base host put 28960
tick UDP
hit next
on drop down make sure you select your PC name

Back on main custom service page goto drop down list
modwar 2 should show up at the end of the list
select it & enable = NAT is open

My Firmware is 7.7.0r6

Service Name *modwar 2
Protocol UDP
Global Port Range 28960 - 28960
Base Host Port 28960
