    Haven't had my first legal one yet.:(
    My first drink was a pint bottle of Bulmers that me and 2 of the lads took and drank between us in a tiny little forest(20-30 trees) beside a bog.
    My first drink to get drunk was a shoulder of vodka..good night..I think.:pac:

    My father opened up an 18 year old port he had saved for the occasion. If I have children I hope to do the same for them.

    Vodka and orange juice before I went out on my 18th. First legal drink in a pub was a pint of Guinness, later that night

    Turned 18 this month but still havn't had my first legal drink yet, waiting for some of my friends to turn 18 and for christmas holidays, nearly there.

    I was 17 throughout my first year in college, so I started drinking then.
    No probs getting served in pubs back then!

    I turned 18 in 1986, so I can be forgiven for forgetting the first legal one.:D

    Pint of Budweiser, followed by a few more and a jager bomb. Was a school night and just a few of us heade to what was our local.

    We had a cup game the following day so I couldn't actually drink the day I turned 18! That said we were knocked out so my first legal nights drinking/first drink are all lost in a blur of singing Bread of Heaven and other such typical south Dublin rugby songs . . .

    I think it was Heinkin...I only started to drink that about 2 weeks before I turned 18 there in august heh...I hated the stuff before that,used always trya nd get my hadns on the gateway drink Bulmers :p

    Pint of Bulmers, a few of the lads from work brought me to the pub.

    Things went downhill pretty rapidly from there, and my only other recollection of that night involves tequila and a woman twice my age sticking her tongue in my ear :eek:

    My first legal drink was a pint of bulmers. It was the last day of school. With the lc coming up i didn't have any sort of big drinking party as people were too busy studying :(. I realised later on that evening that my previous way of drinking (downing a naggin and then letting myself sober up) was actually a lot more fun than slowly drinking 7 pints.

    The night before my birthday, went to a club...was drinking all night and then 12.01am came and BAM - my first legal drink. Think it was a bottle of miller.

    Then went out the next night and proceeded to get hammered. :D

    Mc Donaghas of Dalkey was my first legal drink at 18 yo. Can't remember what it was but can remember riding there and back on a motorbike because back then you could get away with a few drinks on the road.
