Malaria Tablets (advice needed!)

Hey Guys, I went to the Tropical Medical Bureau on Sat and the woman recommended I get either Doxycycline or Malarone for my trip to S.E Asia. She said that Malarone is more expensive but seems to have less side effects. Does anyone have any advice/opinions on which to get? Thanks M :)
