Adopting my sister in law's twins

Hi, My Korean sister in law is in the middle of a nasty divorce that is going to seriously restrict her twins chances of a good education and a better life. So I am interested in adopting the twins and bringing them to Ireland. How would I go about doing this? Not sure if this is important but they are 8 years old now.

I'd recommend that you contact the Adoption Board to see what the best thing to do is
