Irish EPG but no RTE

I have sky + subscription and legit card - on the epg it shows rte1, 2 , tv3 etc etc on channels 101,102........ problem is when i select 101 it shows "this program not available" calling sky they have reset all signals, carried out channel rebuild, new install etc etc ...... but still no joy.... any ideas as to what might…

This might sound a bit dumb but; while on, take out the viewing card then unplug the box and insert the viewing card back in. Turn it back on again and it should work.
If it doesn't then the problem is more than likely with the card.
