Using Ulster Bank Debit Card on eBay

    Because Paypal are idiots, it doesn't work with that at the moment.

    I really want to see if I can get money from my account to my paypal account using the card somehow as it would be much more convenient than using 3V cards. Any ideas?

    What's the card?

    Anyway, you can't transfer money into a Paypal account from any card, it just doesn't work.

    I thought Wirecard allowed you to register a visa and to lodge funds from it instantly? I was doing it with 3V until I registered too many and they locked my account. They charge a €1 per lodgment.

    You could also do what I did and go into a UB branch, ask them to cut up the Service Card you have and order the Debit card (which works on PayPal) as a replacement (make sure you state REPLACEMENT and not a NEW card). Of course if you have a cheque book or rely on the additional benefits the Service Card offers then just ignore me.

    I had that happen to me a few years ago not long after 3V started. This was before both sites advertised a link to the other's website. I rang up Paypal said "what's the deal? I can't add a card..." and the person says "Are all these cards YOURS?" so I say yeah and then she says ok and turns the accunt back on.
