Al jazzera +3/+4 scrambled?

My +3/+4 channels have been fine the last few days but a couple of my friends +3/+4 channels are showing up as scrambled on a TM1500? Anyone else with same problems? I have the 8 channel sub, my friends though only have the 4 channel sub.

From the time we upgraded our channels through that authorised agent, the website I'm sure said that 3 and 4 would get scrambled.

Even when updating mine, and goiing thru the AJ site to see what I was allowed to see, it showed just +1 and +2 (until my update when through, whereby it showed all 8).

Be interesting to see if anyone else who didn't bother getting the all-8 upgrade suffer the same....
