    Ah, different strokes for different folks. I like the Muay Thai for a variety of reasons. MT is a *very* good work out and the vast majority of it is doing stuff rather than "block this, strike like that".

    If you're anywhere near bridgestone I'd say it's well worth trying at least once. I'm taking a bit of a break after this fight, but I'd gladly be your pad man for your first class if you want to head to bridgestone some day.

    Nice one dude thanks - would be a pleasure! I have heard of Bridgestone and checked it out before actually when I was looking for MA places but it's a fair bit out from me. Gonna hit a KB class nearer me but sure I won't rule out it out for the future either!

    yeah, everywhere around me down here in cork is just underwater. i'm up a bit of a hill but a few hundred metres down the road my friend's house is in about 5ft of water...

    sorry I didn't see a video of them swimming, I meant I just saw a lad on the news saying it, was on TV3 this morning, loads of students shouting etc in the background, could be the cholera kicking in!

    Wouldnt be surprised if there are camera phone clips on youtube though.
