Phone number to put down for CVs to England?

Hello all, what's the international phone code to put before both your home number and mobile number when applying for jobs? I live in Dublin, and my mobile is an 086 number. I often see it's either +353 or 00353. Any difference? I'm sending on CVs to England, so anxious to know.

Assuming your number is 086 1234567.

+353 86 1234567
or
00 353 86 1234567

+353 is universal but either will work fine for the UK.
