MW2 Ratios

so whats everybodys k/d ratio and win ratio so far?

my kill/death ratio is 2.12 and my win ratio is 1.00

pretty much a straight 1 for both. Mostly because I wanted the thermal scope for my barrett and had to get 20 kills with the acog to unlock it. Which sadly I sucked quite badly at.

Other people on the game got annoyed cause I would be topping the scoreboard in one game where its not wise to snipe (say skidrow or highrise for example) and then when something like derailed comes on, I'd be at the bottom with 5 kills (most of them with knife or machine pistol when they got too close) and 12-15 deaths.

Finally did it today and it wasnt worth it, was playing derailed and if you are below the person you are aiming at (say you spot a sniper on a traincar a bit away from you and you are on ground level, the background is the same intense white bloom as the player making it impossible to see them, happened to me three times in the one game and didnt hit a thing.

I hate sniping...

4. something , not exactly sure as i got red rings when playing last.....

accuracy is in the 30's

so ACOGs on snipers are crap in mw2?i havent unlocked the ACOG yet but on cod4 i loved it on snipers:D

only on the automatic ones......and at medium range....for long range i used to love the r700

acog are still got in cod 5
if you use them while not camping.....as in running around aim/shoot...

My kill/death ratio is 4.53
My win/loss ratio is 3.12
Its taken me 12 hours to get to level 53. I mainly play headquaters

Back to reality my kill/death ratio is actually 1.48 and win/loss ratio is slightly below 1:1 (When you quit out it counts as a loss which is ****). There has been alot of nonsense spouted in this thread and in others about ingame prowess and dominance without any proof. So pictures or gtfo!

Mine is 1.63, and my win ratio is around 2.00 or so. Had a really bad streak of luck when I first started off online (360) but I'm past the worst of it thankfully. One day I'll launch that nuke!

Dunno how win/loss ratio is so low? Does timing out of a game count as a loss cause that happens me a lot...:(

EDIT: Kill ratio is now 1.06/1

i usually get about 18-20 kills and 7-10 deaths per match and i play team deathmatch

Well, I'm not afraid to admit that I suck! K/D is about 0.86. It was down at 0.8, but then I started using 'stopping power' after completing the 'hardline' challenges. Find it makes a huge difference. I hope to get it above 1 eventually, have no aspirations about getting it above 2

Also not afraid to admit that I prefer regular mode to hardcore! At least until I get a bit better!

I seem to do well in the team matches but usually my team sucks... :rolleyes:

Dont think I have been on the winning team once in Capture the Flag, Domination or Headquarters... :mad:

Haha I know how you feel! I've been on many a TDM when the rest of my team suck, I've had to get 30-1 for us to get anywhere near winning

I'm still wondering how people are level 20+ and only killing 2 people and dying 20 times! :mad: I'm up to around 1.5 k/d now :pac: I'm sure I can make it to 2 eventually :rolleyes:

Game isn't about K/D really, when you play domination, it's about capturing the bases, not getting more kills than deaths, and that's what annoys me... too many campers playing for a high ratio rather than playing the way its supposed to be played, thats what TD and FFA are for.... Smh

Atm there are plenty of new faces who jsut a havnt a clue how to play the game...

For instance: Captiure the Flag last night, my team mates all ran off to "Camp" leaving me the only one actually going for the flag, we still got stuffed as our "campers" clearly didnt defend too well!!

It will take a while for the standard of players to increase, at the moment it is pretty bad!!

Yeah, i know what you mean, i would have thought that for capture the flag, you've got lightweight pro, marathon pro, and either scrambler or ninja... and using the riot shield as primary weapon, just run like mad.

also, does anyone know if there is a perk to be able to use two primary weapons??

I don't think so but isn't there one called "One Man Army" where you can change your class at any time during the round, without the need to die. Or something like that anyway

there are a few people playing on my account so while i got up to 60 fast my k/d suck as with 3 people playing and each liking a different play and weapon style, it got **** over but still over 1

i hate the riot shields i have to have a tube on my m16 class to deal with them(prefer the iron sight anyway so wouldn't be using much else),
the second game i play the other team only use them which oddly was fun kind of like zombies.

one man army uses the second weapon slot i use it on my sniper as i don't stay one long.

the thing with camping is their an just a jerk but your the one who is repeating the same thing and expecting a different outcome pretty sure that the sign of madness,
if someone camping go around

If I think someone is camping it wrecks my head and if it means ill get likked over and over again trying to kill the camping cnut ill keep going back, I know im feeding their camping habit but to be fair it rarely takes more than a death or two to get them and then move on, headin back by that spot every now and again knowing where they will be if they are still at it, anywho, what a camper cant see a camper cant shoot, stun grenades or flash grenade ftw!

Oh and my kd is 1.3something : 1
and win ratio is around 1, have not had much of a chance to play it yet only about 4 hours online since last tuesday which upsets me a little. Im having withdrawel symptoms from it.
