hi all, just wondering if any of you seen this in game recently? I seen it just now on their website, and was wondering if anyone had seen it in store themselves, and if so any ideas on price etc... be handy to get if you didn't have to do it via contract. I heard that its done like your xbox live subs.…

You need to already have a sky contract for this to work. Its just an extension of multiroom that streams through your xbox using your existing sky account details.

Full discussion is here already. You don't need a traditional Sky subscription though. As put succinctly on Sky's site:

Sky TV customers can watch and download programmes for FREE.

Non-Sky TV customers can subscribe to Sky Player TV packs to watch live TV channels and a selection of programmes on demand. Rent or buy individual programmes to watch on demand.

I'm in the latter group since I'm a UPC customer.

me too I am the latter group, but was informed that if you don't have a subscription, you can get these cards in GAME, then go to the website and choose the validate code option and it should let you have sky for a mth... then you have to buy one of these codes every mth.

Any chance of them doing the cards without the 3-month Gold Sub and the remote. Otherwise, you'll end up with a bunch of unwanted remotes

haha, very true sure you could always sell them or just keep them up for yourself.
