Ryanair.com is making me buy its insurance

    Have got a cheap flight but the new screen for insurance won't let me thru to the payment page until I buy the insurance. . . .presume its a glitch as that would be illegal.

    Funnily enough if you elect to buy the insurance the payment page appears. . .

    Might have to pay the fiver as if I wait till its fixed the fight may go up (by more than a fiver) :mad::mad::mad:

    From what I remember the insurance box is automatically ticked. You have to unclick it to select you don't want the insurance.

    Its changed a bit, I have ticked the box 'i don't want travel insurance; but it wonlt accept it. . .if you ick the box to say you want to buy it it works OK.

    No, it just highlighted the insurance part of the screen. . .it doesn't even let you go and tick the 'yes i want to buy it' box at that stage which makes me think it is a glitch. If you want to buy the insurance you have to start all over again.

    Tried that, also tried doing it on my phone and the same thing happened.

    Did you put in name address and email address details then try and confirm booking?

    This is really pissing me off!

    What browser are you using. Have you tried it in another , or from another computer?
