Don't really know how to put it into context but whats the one that would burn the tongue off you the most, that you could buy in a local supermarket? Thanks :)

Have you tried the Japanese Wasabi? That's quite hot. I think it's more of a horse radish than a mustard but they may be distant cousins:D
