Ireland flag emblem

    Is the Irish flag emblem in this game. I cant seem to find it. UK, USA, Japan....etc but cant see the auld green white and gold.

    I was reppin' Ivory Coast for a while there. I think people get the point, im not playing on Xbox Live from Yamossoukro! Although their ISP is probably more relyable than Eircom.

    Do they really expect to sell more copies in the Ivory Coast? Ye their population is 5 times ours, but I doubt 5 times of them have the money for an Xbox?

    Better not be doing the whole "sure Ireland and Britain are all the same anyway" crap or I'm writing one hell of an angry letter.

    uhmm I actually think that could be Ireland, but IW fecked up.

    Look at the italian flag 2 callsigns above it, its also reversed like the irish flag, it has it red white and green when italy like ireland is green and white first.

    ive gotten onto IW about this, doubt anything will happen but i brought up the point that if the USA or UK's flag had a error on it you know something would be done.

    Technically thats correct, we just hate to admit it.

    Some teachers in Ireland never explained to their students that and called it is Gold and why.
    I had a 2 hr argurment one night with a chap from Cavan, he eventually conceeded when I sent him a wiki link the next day. But he never forgave me for destroying his pride in the flag.

    Isn't there something about the flag being displayed back to front on uniforms, something to do with which side you were standing in relation to the flag bearer in olden times? I think the US army might even still do that on their shoulders... Not sure if that ever applied to Irish uniforms though.

    The US army has the flag "backwards" on their uniform so it always looks like it is blowing behind them. It's one of them american motivational things to make it look like the soldier is always going forward. That bugged me for ages till i looked it up and now i'll never forget!

    Checked that on wiki myself and I still think it's one of the stupidest ideas I've ever heard. Why not put it on the other shoulder?

    do they not have it on both? or maybe it's some rule that all emblems must be worn on one side of the body for the grooming standard or something
