I'm 28 and feel 22. Sometimes I have to remind myself how old I am. I don't feel or act 28, I don't want to be a grown up. I'm seriously going to have a freak attack when I turn 30

I'm not too far off 29 yet i still look and feel, and sometimes act 21 lol, sure i still watch cartoons:p

People getting my age wrong when they first meet me helps alot in this regard:)

God yes. I'm 31 and e.g. I'd be engaging on thread with someone here whom I presume is around my age... then I discover they're 10-12 years younger than me. D'oh! :mad:

I've always been considered the 'older', more 'sensible' one of the group... even if there's older people than me there!!!

I've also been referred to as ''A forty year old in a teenager's body''... Aside from the obvious sexual innuendos attached to that statement, I don't particularly like being viewed as older and stuffier when I'm only in my early 20's!!! But then, only myself to blame I guess.:D

I'm 21. I've been told I look around 25-26 (as recently as Saturday, you know who you are).

I don't feel like I'm at any particular age, I just feel like myself.

i turned 26 a few days ago.
I feel 20 most days.
Act 18 or younger half the time
Act 30 the other half.

And wish I was 17 again...

I don't handle the passage of time well at all.

In fairness, 22 isn't even a real age. It's just a place holder between 19 and 25.

At 19, you have been clubbing enough that you aren't a baby to the scene anymore. This is the same for the next 5 years.

At 25, You should only go to certain clubs reserved for older people.

For the record though, at 20, I feel 25. But I suppose you are only as old as the women you feel.

Yeah, apparently, I'm 26. Although I do have to count this every now and again, on my fingers for that matter.

Herself is always doing it as well. When anyone asks, she says she's 22. I then throw her the raised eyebrow, until she twigs, and corrects herself to 24.

Although, I don't find young wans (17,18,19 year olds) overly attractive, unless they're fairly well growed up ones. Irish young wans don't seem to mature at this age.

(Meh, I'm talking **** now, I've been awake for quite a considerable amount of time. Ignore any rambling as you see fit. The Wobbly Monster is.)

i'm 30, but i constantly get told i look a lot younger (despite having developed crow's feet laughter lines in the last year)

tbh, getting told i look younger annoys me, especially at work, "you're not old enough to be in your job" etc etc

i would actually like to look ny age, and maybe even a few years older.

however, in my own head, i perceive myself as still 28 or so.

having said that, i only ever date older men, and generally ones that are considerably older than me, i just seem to get on better with them than with men my own age or younger.

but, one thing that makes me feel older is that programme "reeling in the years" because i see footage from 1970 or whatever, and then i later end up thinking i actually remember something that happened a decade before i was born, when what i actually remember is teh reeling in the years clips.
