    I've never attended an AH Beers before, it always seems too short of a notice once one is decided upon.

    So I'm starting this thread now so that people can decide upon a date well in advance of it happening, that way it would be easier to rearrange it if needs be

    I know it's not nearly Christmas yet, so stfu and put your pitchforks down =p

    Just pick a date and do what you normally do.. ie. organize it and so on

    I only voted for one date because it's the only one I can guarantee to be able to attend atm.

    Sure it still can be, as far as I was aware it's not an official thing when it's AH related. Just posters getting together

    We can all throw a fiver into a hat anyway, and the Bollocko thing is happening around the same time.. maybe there could be a live video feed via Ustream into Karma for it

    And this is all dependant on Dates, the 11th would be the best for me. 18th is possible but no guarantee!!!

    Actually looking at the people going, Pika has the 18th down....She is my make-up artist so I will endeavor to get there then!!!!

    Why not have a table quiz and a raffle or something to raise money?

    Seeing as how there are no longer going to be any official boards beers, I think that AH, as the largest forum, should take the task of collecting for the SSF at this event.

    We'll have to get clearance for it first.
    I'll run it by DeVore.
