Getting youtube videos removed

Does anybody know how I would go about getting a video containing images of myself and colleagues removed from youtube?? Im literally only after discovering it and im gona have a chat with the S I/C tomorow unless i can get it removed fairly sharply...?? Many thanks in advance! To be honest I dont think this thread is going to amount to anything. O/P you have a few good answers so try them.

My own opinion is there is nothing to be ashamed of in the video so why bother.....
