Reinstalled Windows XP SP2 but now no LAN connection please help

    Hi,

    I have reinstalled windows xp sp2 but have lost my local area connection.. Its not showing in Device Manager any one know where i can download the drivers to get back up & running???

    It should still show up in your Device Manager under the heading of Other Devices (most likely as Ethernet or Network Controller).

    If it's there, it's missing it drivers which you can get off your PC Manufacturers site. If not, it's a bigger problem.

    What is the exact make and model of your laptop / desktop (usually found above the keyboard).
