In a remote shack, without internet access, surrounded by all the great books I've been meaning to read, some pens and enough paper to write something fantastic.

I was looking at this website. Basically I am asking the same question.

If you could wake up ANYWHERE in the world tomorrow with anyone, where would it be.

Personally, I would like to wake up in some sunny Island somewhere, anywhere with a girl who I really like. Just to relax and enjoy the good life!

    Over to you AH....

New York. Always wanted to go since I was quite young, built up my expectations for years. Finally got to go, and it exceeded every expectation I had. What a city.

Good for you. The things I regret most are the things I didn't have the guts to do, as I thought I would be unsuccessful and wanted to avoid that feeling. Little did I know though, that twenty years later when you look back, the feelings you have from not taking those chances are a thousand times worse than any kind of rejection your might feel in your youth.

Seize the day my friend, seize the day.

I'd love to go back to the Seychelles, its just so laid back. The pace of life makes rural Ireland look rushed. And its so sunny and the water is always warm and there is amazing wildlife and amazing beaches......... sorry i got carried away there. Seychelles is nice:pac:

It would be in my room at say four or five years of age.
Listening to my mam and dad talking in the kitchen as mam was making breakfast.
    ( We lived in a bungalow )

Anyway, just hearing them talk and listening to the sounds and getting the smell of breakfast wafting towards me made me feel safe.

Silly maybe but if I got the choice the OP is talking about, well that's where I'd choose to wake up and have it all back again.

I would personally prefer to wake up in my room like I do every morning afternoon. I don't like not being at home, home is great craic. The rest of the world is nothing to me, sleeping in my own bed is much better. :pac:

Why? Judging by your location you are sitting in a Delorean with Marty McFly? :)
