Maybe try Claire's Accessories in Eyre Sq. Shopping Centre or the 2 euro shop, I remember getting a pirate costume for my sister in there and there was a red bandana with it.

Try Xtravision! They were selling Red Bandana's a couple of weeks ago in aid of Barretstown! They might have some left. They are only €2 and it goes to charity! Fulfill your philanthropical needs!
