Around all of them? Might it have leaked in and dripped down from a leak in a hose or something? Short of a badly cracked cylinder head, I can't really think of anything else - I can't see how it could be the head gasket? Bear in mind that i'm no mechanic, though. Is the oil showing any signs of coolant contamination?

Its a zetec engine anyway. Its common enough, don't worry. Just suck the water out with something to avoid misfires. the head is not cracked nor is it a head gasket. Its probably the washers or theres 2 round 'stopper' like things on the top of the engine that corrode over time and they could be leaking, either way its an easy fix.
