Win XP VPN cant set IPSec Preshared Key

Trying to connect my laptop to my work VPN. I've changed the VPN type to L2TP IPSec VPN and clicked on "settings" but there is no place to configure the preshared key. Pic attached. /edit. found where to set it but now am getting an Error 792: The L2TP connection failed because security negotiations times out.

You're in the 'Networking' tab which is the wrong tab.

Click the 'Security' tab and then the 'IPSEC Settings' button, check the checkbox and enter key.
