No he's not, he's a cardboard cutout.

The original version could be moulded to fit onto the set of Questions and answers but now that is gone a new version is being developed.

I intend to bid on ebay when the original version is being sold off to use as a toilet seat cover.

Wasn't Willie a Country Western singing pornstar in the states back in the 70's? I'm sure I heard that somewhere .. used to sing about his life of porn, ended up broke and so came back home to go into politics.

Maybe it was just a cousin of his or something. I'll have a look and see if that old singing Willie is on YouTube .. ya never know
