DIY Pop-up Flash Diffuser

I found this a while back.

I tried it out tonight (late, so my model was asleep).
I post a portrait using it soon.

Here is mine and a couple of comparison shots, one with and one one without it.

I am going to try and make another with a bit of a tighter fit and cleaner edges.

I think it works OK and you can't beat the price. I used a film canister off of one of my rolls of free film.
