Is there "trap call" for Ireland?

Hi there, getting some unwanted block number calls, had a look on the net and there seems to be a company in the U.S.A. that has software for unmasking blocked number calls, just wondered if anyone knows if there is something similar for Ireland?

how invasive is that type of software though? I mean, the call is going trough their servers etc... very "big brother is watching you"

There are a couple of services like that in the states, as far as I know the way they work is you forward the call to a premium number which forces the private number to show because of the way they work, then route \ forward it back to you with the number showing.
